Survey
We
will not just sell you a hot tub and leave you to get on
with it, we are specialists in our field and will offer
you support every step of the way. Before your purchase
we will carry out a free site survey to assess and advise
on spa location, access, base requirements, electrics and
any other questions you may have.
We
have a fully qualified garden designer in our team who can
advise on all surrounding landscaping options, including
planting, decking, gazebos, and hard landscaping.
Site
Preparation

Your
hot tub will need a solid, smooth, level base. This could
be an existing patio or a concrete base approximately 4"
thick. If required, we can also do this for you.
Electricity
Supply
Depending
on model and set up, Sundance Spas require either 20A or
32A single phase power supply. This requires a spare slot
on your consumer unit. Normally this is not a problem.
We
can arrange a fully qualified electrician who is experienced
in spa installations, to carry out the required work. Alternatively,
you may wish to arrange your own electrician.
Delivery,
Installation and Commisioning

When
your hot tub is delivered, it will be transported it on
its side using a special trolley and put in to position
by our professional team. After it is connected to the electrical
supply we will fill the spa with water from a hosepipe.
Then we will balance your spa water and give you training
on how to maintain the spa in the future, all for FREE.
