A: Maintaining your spa is very straight forward, all our spas come with onboard management systems which maintain the water temperature and filtration cycles. All you need to do is regular, simple checks of water balance and add water treatment chemicals as required.

Q: Do I need to drain the spa water?
A: Yes, it is vitally important to drain the spa water approximately every 8 weeks depending on usage. This should take about 2 hours to drain, clean and refill.

A: Yes, Sundance Spas come with a choice of 10 different colours, the Sweetwater range has a choice of 6 and the Del Sol range has 2.

Q: Is it possible to have a spa from stock today?
A: All our spas must be delivered to home addresses. If in stock, the lead time can be about 1 week, although custom specification orders will take approximately 8 weeks.
