Q: How much does a hot tub cost to run?
A:
It costs about £3.50 per week.

Q: What electrical supply is required?
A:
This is dependant on model chosen. See individual model specifications for details.

Q: What about the warranty?
A:
Frankly, this is one of the most abused areas in the spa industry. Here are a few simple rules to keep in mind: a product warranty is a performance and reliability agreement between you and the manufacturer. Avoid spa dealers who add prorated and deductible provisions. Make sure you read the manufacturer's warranty before buying and compare coverage with other spas you are considering. Most quality spas will have at least 2 years warranty on parts, plumbing and labour without any service call charges.

Q: Can I have a spa inside?
A:
A spa can be installed indoors or outdoors, although over 90% including those in cold weather climates are installed outdoors. The 2 main considerations for installing a spa indoors are: Will it fit through the door? And ensuring adequate ventilation. Also, consider the temperature of the room, to ensure your comfort in the spa.

Q: Do I need to install plumbing?
A:
No, all above ground portable spas are filled and topped up with water using a garden hose.

Q: What maintenance is required?
A:
Maintaining your spa is very straight forward, all our spas come with onboard management systems which maintain the water temperature and filtration cycles. All you need to do is regular, simple checks of water balance and add water treatment chemicals as required.

Q: Do you offer a maintenance service?
A:
Yes, we can tailor our service to your needs depending on how much assistance you require.

Q: Do I need to drain the spa water?
A:
Yes, it is vitally important to drain the spa water approximately every 8 weeks depending on usage. This should take about 2 hours to drain, clean and refill.

Q: Can I have a choice of colours for my spa?
A:
Yes, Sundance Spas come with a choice of 10 different colours, the Sweetwater range has a choice of 6 and the Del Sol range has 2.

Q: Is it possible to have a spa from stock today?
A:
All our spas must be delivered to home addresses. If in stock, the lead time can be about 1 week, although custom specification orders will take approximately 8 weeks.

Q: Can we try a spa before we buy?
A:
Yes, our showroom has changing facilities and 3 working spas which are available for you to test at any time.

Q: Do you offer finance?
A:
Yes, we can make make your spa purchase more manageable by offering easy monthly payments to spread the cost. Please contact us for more details.
