service. We can undertake as little or as much of your project
as you want. This can range from being available for advice
over the phone at no cost, to a complete package of garden design
drawings, pool installation and other surrounding landscaping
requirements.

Can we see a pool before we buy?
A: Yes,
our showroom has a working RG4 swimming pool which is available
for you to see and have a demonstration at any time.

What maintenance is required?
A: Maintaining
your pool is very straight forward. You just need to carry out
regular, simple checks of water balance and add water treatment
chemicals as required. Other maintenace required is backwashing
(1-2 mins) fortnightly, emptying debris baskets and cleaning
pool surfaces as needed.

How long does the pump and filter need to be running each day?
A: Under
normal conditions a 4-6 hour filtration cycle is recommended.
A programmable timer is included in the standard kit, which
can be set to automatically run the cycle whenever required.

Where should the technical equipment be stored?
A: We
offer purpose built storage boxes designed to house safely all
the pump, filtration and electrical equipment. Alternatively,
they can be located undercover in any other shed or building
with access for pipes from the floor.

What electrical supply is required?
A: This
is dependant on the size of swimming pool and options chosen.
Normally 30A single phase is required.
Q:
What is the warranty?
A: 10
years on the pool structure, 7 years (depreciating) on the liner
and 2 years on all technical equipment.
