Below is a guide to the full range of options available as part of our tailor-made installation service, whereby we can do as much or as little of the project as you wish.

Site Survey

We are specialists in our field and will offer you support every step of the way. Before your purchase we will carry out a free site survey (anywhere in Kent) to assess and advise on pool location, base requirements, electrics and any other questions you may have.

We have a fully qualified garden designer in our team who can advise on all surrounding landscaping options, including planting, decking, and hard landscaping.

Site Preparation

Once you've decided on the size and shape of pool, marking out the 'digging dimensions' is the first job to identify where the concrete base will be laid. Your swimming pool will need a smooth, level concrete base approximately 3" thick.

Electricity Supply

Depending on swimming pool and options chosen, 'Piscinelle' require 32A single phase power supply. This requires a spare slot on your consumer unit. Normally this is not a problem.

We can arrange a fully qualified electrician who is experienced in swimming pool installations, to carry out the required work. Alternatively, you may wish to arrange your own electrician.

Commissioning

When the pool is complete, we will start the pump and filtration process, ensure everything is running correctly, and then demonstrate how to operate and maintain the pool and equipment. Also, we will balance your water and provide the necessary water treatment to ensure your pool gets off to the best start possible.
