Comprehensive Kit List

• The structure is made of Red Northern Fir which has been pressure treated to conform to class IV The circular rail for hanging the liner, together with the coping supports and brackets, are factory fitted using stainless steel screws.
  
  
• The coping is made of Iron wood and supplied with stainless steel angled connectors and bolts. It is pre-drilled at the factory and comes with an allen-key.
  
  
• The stainless steel ladder (2 tread) is supplied with nuts and bolts.
  
  
• The felt (300g1m2) has had an anti-bacteria impregnation and covers the floor and walls. It is supplied with a Neoprene adhesive and brush.
  
  
• The liner is light blue (75/lOOe thickness) and is supplied with wedges to facilitate hanging on to the rail.
  
  
• The technical unit is made from titanium treated stainless steel and comprises:
  - 1 skimmer
  - 1 vacuum point
  - 1 low suction point
  - 1 central directional return water nozzle
  - 1 inlet for obtaining bubble effect
  - 1 exit nozzle for swimming against the current (optional)
  Each function is controlled by it's own independent control valve.
  
  
• The sand filter has a multipoint valve and a pressure gauge with a capacity of 100 kg of sand giving a flow rate of 10m3 per hour (150kg114m3 per hour for models RGS and HX7).
  
  
• The centrifugal pump 37 kw (0.55 kw for models RG8 and I-1X7) single phase, totally silent, self-priming complete with pre-filter. The motor has a stainless steel shaft with graphite and aluminium seal.
  
  
• The fully programmable electrical safety control box complete with 30 mA circuit breaker.
  
• Easy fitting spiral piping (12 m long).
  
• Threaded rods with nuts and screws, all in stainless steel.
  
• Stainless steel stiffeners (for RG models only) with stainless steel bolts and vertical supports.
  
• Stainless steel borders (300mm wide) connecting the angles.
